IDEA TRAIN

In a world — and especially in cities shaped by constant movement and escapism — this definition of intimacy feels important.
Because even where there’s distraction, the craving for intimacy doesn’t stop. It’s a core human need. And yet, many of us carry internal blocks to it.
is often reduced to emotional warmth or physical contact.
In my coaching sessions, we approach it as a relational system — shaped by:
– your (hi)story, habits, how you learned to relate to yourself and others,
– social & cultural scripts,
– attachment patterns that make connection feel safe — or threatening,
– boundaries and protective (defensive) mechanisms,
– how jealousy, fears, insecurities, shame, power or avoidance show up,
– how the communication is mostly during conflict and repair cycles,
– the meaning you attach to closeness
– how all of this reflects on your eroticism or sexuality
. . . and much more 🤍
